"I was looking for a program that I could do at home, in the confines of my garage gym. As a mom of two boys, I had to plan my mornings around my baby’s schedule, and when he was awake (usually at the butt crack of dawn) I would take him to my garage Gym so he could “workout” alongside me. There were no excuses, I had to get that “me” time in, set the tone for my day.
The format of Bedrock was easy to read and follow. Cortney programmed functional movements and included the following equipment: barbell, dumbbell, kettlebells and sandbag. I loved the strength portions as well as the conditioning components. It was the perfect concoction to a “well rounded” workout.
I highly recommend this program to anyone with access to minimal equipment, basic understanding of functional movements like the Press, Deadlifts and Squats. "

With deciding to apply for a law enforcement agency and having to face a physically demanding academy, I decided I needed a program that would help prepare me for the challenges to come. This is where Vaquero came into play. This program incorporates speed, strength and endurance all into one to make for a well-rounded workout, all the elements needed to make it through the rigorous training at the academy and the unpredictability that every new shift brings day in and day out.
This program pushes you to new limits and improves your overall performance preparing you for the physically demanding aspects that may be faced on your daily shift. After all, being able to perform at your highest potential to ensure that you do in fact make it home safe at the end of every day is PRIORITY.
I highly recommend this program for all LEO/military looking to improve their overall performance day in and day out!

With over 15 years of Law Enforcement under my belt I have tried every training program you can possibly find on the market. Nothing hits like the Vaquero program. Speed, Agility, Endurance, Strength, Mobility/Longevity. These are all words that come to mind when I think of the Vaquero Program. If you are LEO/Military you need to quit kidding yourself by standing around the gym lifting static weights looking for a pump. THIS program will improve your performance at work and increase your odds of coming home every day!!"
