Lighthouse
Lighthouse is a FREE 4-Week Minimal Equipment Program meticulously designed to help you build strength, conditioning and a strong core with just a few sets of dumbbells, a kettlebell and a bench (or box). If you've ever thought, "I wish I had a program that did not require a full gym", this training program is for you!
Each session is designed to be completed in 60 minutes or less.
