The aim of my one-on-one personal training goes far and beyond having someone to help you count your reps. My goal is to build a relationship based on an understanding of your body, your goals, your lifestyle, your schedule, and the strategy best-suited to get you where you want to be—safely, efficiently, and sustainably. Whether you’re new to exercise or you’re ready to take your current routine to the next level, my mission is to give you the personalized training program and support you need to achieve your fitness aspirations. Personalized Programming

No two people are the same - your training plan shouldn’t be either. Progressive overload, recovery needs, movement patterns, schedules, fitness level, mobility, injury history, and personal and fitness goals are different for each person. Before I begin the process of creating your personalized training program, we will work together to brainstorm, prioritize, and break down your goals into actionable steps.

Accountability and Consistency

Motivation fluctuates, that's true. But consistency wins every time. My goal is to create a customized training program based off of your training availability, and provide regularly scheduled check-ins, support and guidance that make it easier to stick to your training plan.

Adaptability for Life Changes or Setbacks

Your body, schedule, situation, goals and LIFE can change over time. Travel, stress, injury, illness, or other major life events can all throw off your training routine and make it hard to stay on track with your fitness goals. One of the biggest advantages of one-on-one personal training is that it's flexible.  I'm always prepared to adjust your programing as circumstances change or new insights emerge. 

Education and Long-Term Skill Development

My objective is to go beyond the personal training session, beyond the workout. I want to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to train smart for life. I want to explain the “why” behind what you’re doing, so you feel more educated and empowered during your workout both now and in the future. I want to understand the ins and outs of your training, including proper warm-up protocols, why training phases are structured the way they are, and how to adjust your nutrition to match your activity level.
