I'm here to help you navigate - dare I say - dismantle diet culture, "quick fixes", and "yo-yo dieting". I can help you move you away from restriction and create ease around food, and confidence in your body.  My 1:1 nutrition coaching is rooted in scientific research and evidence-based practices that will help you build habits that are tailored to your goals, whether it's body composition, health, or athletic performance. We'll take a deep dive into your goals and the many aspects of your lifestyle and create a nutrition strategy. Your fully customized nutrition plan will not only identify how you can improve your athletic performance and body composition but also how you can become the healthiest version of yourself.

My 1:1 coaching doesn't just give you an evidence-based plan, I also provide ongoing support and personalized strategies to help you break free of old patterns so you can create sustainable habits that work for your needs, lifestyle and goals.  We can establish weekly or bi-weekly check-ins (whichever you prefer), and in between check-ins, you have direct messaging access for daily support.

After you choose your package and sign up, you’ll create a profile and complete a very detailed questionnaire. This helps me tailor a custom plan and establish a starting point that works best for you and puts you on track towards your goals. Within 1-2 business days or submitting the form, I'll reach out so we can schedule your initial assessment and gather more information. Once a starting date is chosen, you’ll begin tracking your food through either macros in an app, hand portions, or photos (depends on the desired approach) and logging your personalized habits.


Short answer: It depends. Macro tracking is only required if it will be a useful tool in your nutrition journey. If you don't want to track macros, I will come up with other ways to make sure you’re eating the right amount for your goals and lifestyle (or you need a break from tracking and want to utilize a different approach).  The ultimate objective for me is to create a plan your excited about and empower you to make sustainable, lasting lifestyle changes. I want you to thrive long-term.


I use an online coaching platform, True Coach, that allows you to access your personalized nutrition plan.  This platform allows you to easily communicate with me between check-in calls/emails/messages. I'm available to answer questions, send videos and offer any additional support needed through this platform.
