    •  Vaquero follows the scientifically proven progressive overload technique. Over the 12 weeks, you will increase load, intensity, and variety.  This approach will ensure you gain strength and speed, encourage muscle growth, and build endurance. 


    • The 12-week program breakdown:

                        Part 1 - Weeks 1 - 4 - Endurance & Hypertrophy

                        Part 2 - Weeks 5 - 8 - Strength and Endurance

                        Part 3 - Weeks 9 - 12 - Max Strength & Power


    • Workout times will vary, but most sessions will take approximately 60 minutes.

    "This program pushes you to new limits..."

    With deciding to apply for a law enforcement agency and having to face a physically demanding academy, I decided I needed a program that would help prepare me for the challenges to come. This is where Vaquero came into play. This program incorporates speed, strength and endurance all into one to make for a well-rounded workout, all the elements needed to make it through the rigorous training at the academy and the unpredictability that every new shift brings day in and day out.


    This program pushes you to new limits and improves your overall performance preparing you for the physically demanding aspects that may be faced on your daily shift.
